The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success with Veeva’s Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. You will serve as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to foster collaboration, highlight value using our applications through proactive engagement and triage escalations.

You will partner with global customers to understand their business goals, ways of working and challenges and then determine how they can further leverage their existing investments to meet those needs.
