Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Autojob, operated by Jyron Walls. By using Autojob, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Autojob auto applies to jobs you select. It uses your resume, profile, preferences, and application answers to prepare materials, fill out employer forms, and submit applications. Applications may continue after you close the page. Autojob also receives application-related messages through an assigned email address.

Your account and applications

Provide accurate information and use the service for your own job search or for someone you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the information you provide and for reviewing your profile and selected jobs before starting applications.

When you confirm auto apply, you authorize Autojob to share your application information with the selected employers and their application platforms, use AI and automated browsing to complete forms, and process application-related messages. Where an answer is missing, the service may generate an answer or use a default. Generated content can contain mistakes.

You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You give Autojob permission to store, process, adapt, and transmit those materials as needed to provide the requested service.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Prices and included credits are shown before purchase. One application credit covers a custom resume and a confirmed submitted application. Credits may be reserved while an application runs and released if the application fails. Unconfirmed submissions may remain pending while the service checks for a receipt.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Purchased extra credits do not expire. You can manage your subscription in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Promotional credits are subject to the offer shown when granted.

For billing errors or refund requests, contact support@autojob.org with your account email and purchase details. Requests are reviewed individually. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain in effect.

Employer systems and results

Autojob is independent of employers and their hiring platforms. Listings may change or close. Employer forms, verification requirements, and technical failures can prevent completion. A submitted application does not guarantee a response, interview, or job offer. Submitted applications may not be retractable through Autojob.

Acceptable use

Do not use Autojob to impersonate another person, provide knowingly false application information, disrupt the service, or access another person's account. We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the service or interfere with its operation.

Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy describes how we use your information. To request account closure or deletion, email support@autojob.org. Closing your account cannot delete information already received by employers.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Autojob available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees about hiring outcomes or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
