Privacy Policy

Autojob helps you auto apply to jobs. This policy explains the information we use to create your account, prepare and submit applications, and deliver employer messages.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and sign-in records.
- Resumes and profile information you provide, such as your name, contact details, work history, education, skills, job preferences, and application answers.
- Application records, generated resumes, submission results, employer messages and attachments received at your Autojob application address.
- Subscription and credit records, payment status, and payment provider identifiers. Stripe processes payment details.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, including request logs, IP addresses, browser information, session cookies, and error records.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Autojob requests the openid, email, and profile scopes. Google may return your account identifier, email address, verification status, name, and profile image. We use your verified email address to create or locate your Autojob account and sign you in. Our sign-in flow does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar.
The Google access token is used during sign-in to retrieve your identity information. The sign-in flow does not save that token or request a refresh token. Your account email and Autojob session records are stored to keep your account accessible.
How we use and share information
We use your information to find relevant jobs, generate application materials, fill in forms, submit the jobs you select, track results, deliver employer messages, provide support, and manage billing.
Application information is shared with the employers and application platforms you choose. Those recipients handle submitted information under their own policies. Autojob cannot remove an application from an employer's systems.
Service providers process information needed for their role: Cloudflare hosts the app, files, databases, and email infrastructure; Anthropic processes resume and application content for AI features; browser service providers may process application pages and form content; Stripe processes payments; and email delivery providers, including Resend when enabled, deliver notifications. Your account email may be included where needed for account operations, billing, notifications, or the applications you authorize.
We do not sell your personal information or use Google account information for advertising. Google sign-in information is not used to train our own AI models.
Application email and cookies
Autojob assigns an application email address to receive employer replies and verification messages. We store these messages, use relevant verification messages to complete applications, and deliver employer messages to your account email. This does not connect to or read your personal inbox.
We use cookies for sign-in, sign-in verification, and resume previews. Employer sites and payment providers may use their own cookies when you interact with their services.
Storage and retention
Account information, uploaded resumes, application history, and employer messages are retained while needed to operate your account and provide the service. Unclaimed resume previews expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Some billing, operational, or dispute records may be retained after account closure where needed. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can update the information you provide, manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal, and unsubscribe from promotional emails through their unsubscribe links. Account and application notifications may still be sent while you use the service.
For access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and stored information, email support@autojob.org from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Disconnecting Autojob from your Google account does not by itself delete information already stored by Autojob.
